      Hey Node Team!

      I am working on writing a Node.js tutorial for developer.mongodb.com for the CSFLE features, and I am running into issues with installing mongodb-client-encryption package. 

      Could you add Node 14 (the same ABI I believe as v15) to the CI for mongodb-client-encryption so that prebuilds are made there?

      Hoping to make CSFLE easier for new devs to get setup

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Add Node 14 to the matrix
      • Ensure prebuilds for Node 14 can be generated.
      • Do a force rebuild to generate the prebuilds and make them available for the current version.
