Hey Node Team!

I am working on writing a Node.js tutorial for developer.mongodb.com for the CSFLE features, and I am running into issues with installing mongodb-client-encryption package. And I get the following error when trying to install the package locally.

It might be more user friendly to change default behavior from static to a  dynamic build on mongodb-client-encryption when linking to libmongocrypt.
