      Description

      Sync tests and command events schema this commit to add in serverConnectionID to command monitoring events for server versions 4.2+

      Acceptance Criteria

      Implementation Requirements 

      • Add the serverConnectionID property to the event classes and our Connection class

      Testing Requirements 

      • Sync tests and fix any failures
      • Update the runner with hasServerConnectionId (to be up to date with Schema 1.6)
