      • User has shared the below concern:

        This is a critical issue affecting our business operations, since some of the application servers lost connectivity to the MongoDB instance and couldn't reconnect. We've employed a work around by changing the connection string and restored service.

        We would like to understand the cause of the issue which started occurring at approximately 2:00 AM Eastern Time on 1/13/2022, until restoration at 10:30 AM Eastern Time. We also want to understand how to address this with a long-term fix.

      This user is using latest driver per compatibility documentation yet unable to user the SRV format, can we confirm a possible bug?
