      Makes updates to the latest OIDC changes in DRIVERS-2415

      AC:

      • Add issuer field to the server step 1 response.
      • Remove endpoint fields from server step 1 response.
      • Add ALLOWED_HOSTS to auth mechanism properties.
      • Validate after SRV resolution that the connection is for a server that matches ALLOWED_HOSTS
      • Add ClientInfo to the request and refresh callback methods.
      • Implement the new OIDC prose tests.
