Due to https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-116018 , we are seeing all Windows latest builds failing for NODE. We are temporarily skipping these tests in our CI.
Once the SERVER issue is fixed, we need to restore those Windows tests. Simply uncomment the tests that reference this issue.
