I want... run BSON CI tests in Docker, not on zseries hosts
So that... we don't have to rely on a small number of zseries hosts

User Experience

• BSON endianess tests run in a few minutes in Docker, instead of taking days waiting for a zseries host
• old zseries BSON endianess tests are disabled, so they are never scheduled, but can be kicked off manually
