Remove 2.6 servers from Travis CI

      CDRIVER-2510 bumped the min wire version to 3 (i.e. MongoDB 3.0), thereby dropping support for MongoDB 2.6. We should remove any MongoDB 2.6 versions from our test environment.

      Per https://travis-ci.org/mongodb/mongo-php-driver/jobs/396881559, we can see that all functional tests for the 2.6 server are currently skipped.
