Change ServerDescription::getType() to return a string and define string values for those constants (they are currently defined as integer values). This will be more convenient for users, since the constants' values will be meaningful on their own. This should be done similarly to the ReadPreference constants (https://www.php.net/manual/en/class.mongodb-driver-readpreference.php).
