Ensure that getTopologyId() gives the same result for all SDAM events

      The SDAM event tests (such as tests/apm/monitoring-serverOpening-001.phpt) could be improved by checking that the topology ID reported by getTopologyId() is the same for all events. This can be done independently once all of the events are implemented.
