      mongodb-labs/drivers-evergreen-tools@cfa2a5a broke our existing OCSP tasks, which used a legacy script (run-ocsp-responder.sh) to start the mock responder.

      Remove the legacy script and migrate the tasks to use the new script in drivers-evergreen-tools.
