Create a new MongoDB\Driver\Session object that abstracts a mongoc_client_session_t in libmongoc. In addition to supporting options (e.g. casual consistency), this object will also be expected by the new options array in our execute methods (see: ~~PHPC-1042~~, ~~PHPC-834~~).
