      In 1f1da78 for PHPLIB-350, transaction tests are skipped if the server is a standalone or the FCV is < 4.0. Technically, transactions require a FCV 4.0+ replica set using WiredTiger (MMAPv1 and sharded clusters are not supported).

      This logic should be improved to check the storage engine and exclude sharded clusters.
