      When a driver is connected to a load balanced cluster:

      The monitor should not be started. Instead, the topology should be started with a new "LoadBalanced" type and should contain a single server of type "LoadBalancer".
      A pre-defined set of SDAM events must be published
      Connection handshakes must send loadBalanced=true and record the serviceId field in the server response
      Connection handshakes must error if the server is not behind a load balancer
