      Context

      In PYTHON-5016 we added .evergreen/scripts/setup-system.sh which is used to bootstrap an evergreen spawn host. We should consolidate our evergreen config to use the same script instead of the current set of separate steps.

      Definition of done

      Update config to use new script.
