      Context

      Create the standard set of server version tasks across Python versions and topologies on Linux.
      Before: 567 tasks across 9 build variants, (we had No C in two places).
      After: 108 tasks across 9 build variants

      Definition of done

      Migrate the Linux server version tasks to use the new pattern.
