Broken symlink spec/support/ocsp in gem install

      When Mongo 2.14.0 is installed it has a symlink in spec https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-ruby-driver/blob/master/spec/support/ocsp  This becomes broken on install as /spec is included in the gemspec but 
      ../../.mod/drivers-evergreen-tools/.evergreen/ocsp is not. I have a AWS SAM Lambda build process that copies everything and this breaks that process as it is a dangling link.
