      Useful Information

      As the final step of PM-1426, this commit bumps the latest wire protocol version to 9 and updates the FCV constants throughout the codebase from 40/42 to 42/44.

      A driver that supports 4.4 feature should bump their maxWireVersion to 9 (-SERVER-41230)-to indicate that they are compatible with that version.
