      SERVER-91746 implements cleanup logic in FCV upgrade to 9.0, to remove IndexDescriptor::kNamespaceFieldName from the durable catalog, which was deprecated in 4.4.

      After 9.0 is released, we can remove this field as an allowed field when validating indexes, and all other references to it.
