We're starting to chase our own tail with issues like SERVER-100297, but it's still a bit early to start turning on nightly builders created in SERVER-99382 because we're running into resource utilization issues on local-execution compiles related to SERVER-100322 and SERVER-100382.
In the meantime, we should be able to enable commit queue tasks and variants that use remote execution compilation, to at least ensure that we don't regress on v5 compiling the server and unit tests.
