Joe pointed out that the computation of scoreDetails is not as clear as the rest of the $rankFusion desugaring. In part that might be because we don't incorporate scoreDetails into the header comment description. We should make an effort to make this piece of $rankFusion more understandable for new readers.

Some ideas / steps in this ticket; Go over / audit existing rank fusion scoreDetails logic and:

• identify places were logic can be cleaned-up / consolidated
• identify places were we can add comments / make logic more legible to a new reader
• identify any testing gaps
• look forward and see if there are any utility functions that could be pulled out in anticipation for implementing scoreFusion scoreDetails
