Remove references to the 'databaseAdded' event notification type once 9.0 becomes the LTS version

      SERVER-71755 introduced the databaseAdded type for the _shardsvrNotifyShardingEvent command, but the notification was soon deprecated and later SERVER-100660 removed the logic to generate it - except for specific logic to ensure back compatibility when working in mixed binary scenarios.

      Such scenarios will disappear once release version 9.0 will reach the LTS state. The objective of this ticket is to clean up the remaining code that SERVER-100660 did not remove.
