      Due to SERVER-100448, these commands are failing with CommandNotFound repeatedly in suites with restart. This appears to be causing BF-36542. We should temporarily register these commands without checking the verification feature flag until SERVER-100448 is completed. Both commands require 'internal' privilege action so cannot be directly run by users.
