      SERVER-91231 added logic to remove the legacy md.timeseriesBucketingParametersHaveChanged catalog field during FCV upgrade.

      We should add a validation (e.g. to validate, checkMetadataConsistency, or possibly on a test hook) to ensure that this field is never present on the collection catalog once we are on newer FCVs where this field is not expected to exist anymore.
