We learned during the AL2023 upgrade that we set the listenBacklog to whatever the SOMAXCONNS macro was defined as on the machine we compiled the build on. This led to unexpected behavior in a connection storm (SERVER-101810). We should audit all other server parameters to ensure we are setting them based on a best practice rather than the platform's default.
