As of 8.2 (SERVER-101815), table idents are generated with a UUID suffix. However, tables generated prior to 8.2 will continue to utilize the old ident suffix format of <counter> + <rand>.

 SERVER-101815 introduces basic multiversion tests against the lastLTS and latest mongod binaries (8.0 and 8.2 at the respective time of commit). However, we need tests that continue to test the ident format compatibility once we upgrade lastLTS to 9.0.
