Add resharding performance workload for 100GB and 1 TB collection sizes

      Following SERVER-103809, we would like to add resharding workloads in locust with the following properties:

      100GB, 1KB docs, 10 indexes - daily
      1TB, 1KB docs, 10 indexes - weekly
      Index size should be roughly 25% of collection size
      Writes targeting single shard and multiple/all shards
      Write ops per second - 500/second at least

      We should add the ability to load the data (collection + pre-built indices) from an S3 bucket to save time in workload setup.
