The auto bootstrap suites, like sharding_auto_bootstrap, were originally suites with a config shard and were changed to use the auto bootstrap procedure in SPM-2966 and renamed. When that project was paused, we made the suites use the original config shard adding method in SERVER-89497 but kept the auto bootstrap name. We should restore the original names now too, since we won't resume the auto bootstrap project soon.
