Currently to regenerate README.third_party.md, we have to change the current working directory to src/third_party/scripts in order to run gen_thirdpartyreadme.py.
It would be convenient to run this script in the root directory of the mongo repository similar to how we run third-party import scripts (e.g. the one for third_party/fmt).
