In order to succesfully estimate SPM-4263, and to lower the risk of the project, a POC of a new execution control mechanism will be implemented and checked with some performance tests. The exact solution that will be implemented will be:

Multiple ticket pools, each with a waiting set

The purpose of this POC is to get familiar with the ticket infrastructure, understand all related components so a better assesment can be made in the scoping of the project.
