Service install error should be printed to console as opposed to log file

      When windows service installation fails there is no indication of the failure. You need to go look at the log file.

      e.g. "2013-09-26T17:35:18.964-0700 Error connecting to the Service Control Manager: Access is denied. (5)"

      should be printed to console immediately.
