The purpose of this ticket is to add new passhtrough suites to ensure the server correctness. Here is the list of proposed suites:

Add a new suite based on sharding_jscore_passthrough_with_balancer but with the mechanism enabled at startup
Create a new passthrough with an index build/drop with background
Create a new passthrough with a TTL deletion running on the background
