Following up the work of SERVER-110402, the purpose of this ticket is to extend test coverage by creating new suites based on:
- concurrency_sharded_with_replication
- replica_sets_initsync_jscore_passthrough
no_passthrough_primary_driven_index_builds
That will run with the new mechanism enabled at startup.
