Currently, all search stages use the same LiteParsed class LiteParsedSearchStage. However, in order to facilitate SERVER-114588, all stages which wish to be parsed from BSON must need their own LiteParse (to associate with their own StageParams).

This PR should add dedicated LiteParsed and StageParam classes for $search, $vectorSearch, and $searchMeta.
