Add dedicated LiteParsed classes for internal ChangeStream stages

      Currently, all internal ChangeStream stages use the same LiteParsed class. In order to eventually transition all stages to only use the StageParams to DocumentSource map, these stages need their own LiteParsed representation (with attached StageParams).
