The second abort in the unit test currently sometimes causes the test to fail because of SERVER-115139. We could fix it by adding a second wait like added in ~~SERVER-115152~~ there. However, this test appears to only need to test that the temporary collection gets dropped after an abort so it doesn't seem to need to invoke an abort, and then a failover and then another abort. We should restructure the test to just invoke abort once.
