In SERVER-107487 we added duration metrics for the SASL conversation that happens on the egress/client side. We do this using the AuthMetricsRecorder in authentication_metrics.cpp. When capturing metrics for ingress, we add the conversation duration to the authCounter; we should add functionality for egress metric capture.
