For SERVER-114289, we are trying to move all the file-specific sorter components into their own file. This revealed that the BoundedSorter (which doesn't inherit from the MergeableSorter) is creating a dependency in sorter_template_defs.h. We should make the BoundedSorter constructor take a SorterSpiller when spilling is enabled.
