Currently, when attempting to restore a collection acquisitions over a timeseries collection after the collection has been converted viewfull -> viewless or viceversa during FCV upgrade/downgrade we will throw a QueryPlanKilled error that is not retriable.

Internally, we would actually throw a CollectionUUIDMismatch error that is then converted to QueryPlanKilled before propagating it to the router/driver.

The goal of this ticket is to instead throw a new retriable error "InterruptedDueToTimeseriesUpgradeDowngrade" in these scenarios
