      In SERVER-117382 we introduced a new InterruptedDueToTimeseriesUpgradeDowngrade error that is thrown when a timeseries operation is executed concurrently with FCV upgrade/downgrade `8.x` <-> `9.0`. The goal of this ticket is to remove all the special handling of this error code once 9.0 becomes last LTS.
