Set larger defaultFindReplicaSetHostTimeoutMS in sharding kill primary suites

      defaultFindReplicaSetHostTimeoutMS defaults to 15 seconds but is set to 120 seconds in change_streams suite to avoid timeout in the ReplicaSetMonitor. Based on BF-41139, sharding kill primary suites should also set a larger timeout.
