Set larger defaultFindReplicaSetHostTimeoutMS in sharding kill primary for mongos

      SERVER-117465 increased defaultFindReplicaSetHostTimeoutMS to 120 seconds for shards on the kill_primary suites to avoid large timeout issues from RSM targeting. We should do the same for the mongos as it still has the old smaller timeout of 15 seconds.
