Clean up any remaining references to the now automatically generated certificates anywhere they remain, in prod code, tests, Evergreen suite definitions, etc.

• Remove the explicit references to jstests/libs/<cert>.pem from the definitions for the "~ Linux x86 Enterprise with Ingress GRPC" and "~ Linux x86 Shared Library {A,UB}SAN Enterprise Compile with Ingress GRPC" Evergreen variants

After this ticket, there should be no matches for the regex jstests/libs/.*\.(pem|crt|pfx|key(?!tab)) or any other certs.yml-generated certificates in any production code, tests, suite definitions, etc.
