The recordIdsReplicated field is being stripped at downgrade if the feature flag recordIdsReplicated is not enabled on the target FCV.
The issue is that the stripping is done after disabling the feature flag recordIdsReplicated during setFCV, which means that there is a window of time where another operation can fail since the feature flag is already disabled but the collection options still have recordIdsReplicated.
