Investigate why timeseries_update_arbitrary_updates_not_enabled.js fails in sharded_collections_query_shape_hash_stability suite

      timeseries_hint_id.js has the featureFlagTimeseriesUpdatesSupport_incompatible so as of today it has never run in the allFeatureFlag variant. When we disabled the TimeseriesUpdates feature flag in allFeatureFlag (SERVER-117895) the test failed in the sharded_collections_query_shape_hash_stability suite . Thus we decided to temporarily exclude its execution from this suite.

      The gaol of this ticket is to understand why the test is failing in the sharded_collections_query_shape_hash_stability and re-enable it.
