Make mongot_e2e_sharded_cluster a passthrough suite

      mongot_e2e_sharded_cluster (2 shards but unsharded collections) is currently an opt-in-only suite, since we assume the code paths are identical to mongot_e2e_single_shard. lynne.wang@mongodb.com pointed out that there is recent evidence AF-11789 that that assumption is not true.

      We should make mongot_e2e_sharded_cluster a passthrough suite to make sure we're getting full coverage.
