While working on SERVER-118450 some issues popped up because of the suite having 2 replicaSet nodes per shard, since looking for queryable search indexes would fail with a timeout. We should make changes to jstests/libs/search.js and jstests/with_mongot/e2e_lib/search_e2e_utils.js to ensure that having primaries and secondaries works in the mongot_e2e_sharded_cluster suite.

Additionally, we should consider if we want to create a separate no passthrough suite that runs with multiple nodes.
