Differentiate internal and external transaction usage in serverStatus

      The problem is that in our serverStatus counters, particular the twoPhaseCommit success counters, we do not differentiate between internal 2pcs, and user-initiated transactions. This makes it difficult to identify customers who explicitly run transactions across shards.
