Tie together the session management and command sender to stamp OSI on all outgoing participant commands. Each command sent to donor and recipient shards should carry the current lsid and txnNumber, with the txnNumber incrementing across successive calls. The session should be released back to the pool on clean coordinator completion and discarded on abort.

Verify OSI is correctly attached to commands and that the coordinator resumes with the persisted session after stepdown.
