Add MongoExtensionLogicalAggStage::get_filter() (or equivalent) and host‑side wiring so source extension stages can provide a filter predicate used by DocumentSource::getQuery() for shard targeting; restrict to requiresInputDocSource == false stages and add tests across topologies. Add appropriate unit and integration tests.
